ADDE: ENFIA exemption for the years 2023 and 2024 for over 110,000 beneficiaries

The purpose of the new liquidation is to grant the exemptions provided for by law

The ENFIA determination acts for the years 2023 and 2024 are being posted by the Independent Public Revenue Authority, following the central recalculation of ENFIA for these years.

The purpose of the new clearance is to grant the exemptions provided by law [article 3 of Law 4223/2013, article 35 of Law 5135/2024 (A΄147)], namely:

The tax year 2023 (the settlement concerns 64,627 taxpayers)

6646,627,666 (6464,627,627), of which 6464,627 (6464,627) is for 6464,627 (646,627).
Granting of an ENFIA exemption to properties damaged by fires or floods in July, August, and September 2023.

ENFIA year 2024 (the settlement concerns 48,485 taxpayers)

A. Granting relief to property damaged by fires or floods occurring within the year 2024

Β. Extension of the exemption for the year 2024 (Article 35 of Law 5135/2024) to properties located:

– Within the settlement Anargyron of the Municipality of Amyntaio of the Regional Unit of Florina, which has been declared in compulsory expropriation or within another settlement, which is urban inactive according to the 5.12.2002 P.D. (D’ 1075) and in particular, properties located within the community of Peponia, the community of Polylakkos, the settlement of Αξιοkastro and the settlement of Klima of the community of Αξιοkastro, the settlement of Trapezitsa and the settlement of Panareti of the community of Trapezitsa and the community of Pyloriou of the Municipality of Voio of the Regional Unit of Kozani, as well as by the order no. 9439/3335/6.4.2000 of the following communities and settlements (D’ 238).

– In the administrative boundaries of the Municipalities of Mantoudiou – Limni – Agia Anna and Istiaiaia – Edipsos of the Regional Unit of Evia of the Region of Central Greece and affected by the fires that occurred starting on 27 July 2021,

– In areas of the Regional Units of Samos, Ikaria, and Chios of the North Aegean Region affected by the earthquake and flood of 30 October 2020,

– In areas of the Regional Units of Larissa, Trikal, and Karditsa of the Region of Thessaly, the Regional Unit of Pieria of the Region of Central Macedonia, the Regional Units of Grevena and Kozani of the Region of Western Macedonia, and the Regional Unit of Fthiotida of the Region of Central Greece and affected by the earthquake of 3 March 2021.

In the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), in the path “Applications > Popular Applications > E9 / ENFIA declaration > Login to the application > Login”, by selecting “The year 2023” or “The year 2024”, taxpayers can retrieve and save the digital file of the new deed. In addition, beneficiaries will be notified by email/notification of the deed.

The resulting refund titles will be offset or returned to the beneficiaries. A prerequisite for a refund is the declaration of a valid IBAN in the Registry of the AADE. It is reminded that the IBAN is declared in the myAADE digital portal (myaade.gov.gr) in the route: Register & Contact > Declaration of IBAN Account.
