Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama was in Athens on Sunday afternoon to attend an event at Techopolisin Gazi for the return of Albanians to work in their homeland.
With an eye on the upcoming elections, the Albanian Prime Minister did not miss the opportunity to chat with his compatriots and post videos of what happened during his presence at the event titled “Work and live where your heart is“.
Afterwards and after delivering a speech at the event, Edi Rama met with Albanian teachers living in Greece.
As he said in his Facebook post, the meeting took place in the context of the launch of a program of financial support for 50 teachers, which will be extended to Greece and other countries “for those who have a patriotic duty to preserve and inherit the Albanian language, who teach the children of Albania our beautiful language, keeping them firmly connected to their roots, and to give them another chance to return and live where their heart is, in Albania.”
