The Labor Inspectorate has imposed fines totaling €155,400 following recent inspections in the road transport sector.
Specifically, 396 vehicles were checked in cooperation with the Traffic Police, and 116 labor law violations were identified. Among these was the employment of 11 undeclared drivers.
According to the announcement, the violations include undeclared work, failure to present a route logbook, failure to maintain or provide a route logbook, denial of statutory leave, failure to provide a staff roster extract, violations of working time regulations (such as failure to register overtime in the ERGANI system, failure to submit a work time schedule declaration, and violations of weekly rest requirements).
