How the tragedy happened

It is recalled that yesterday, under still unclear circumstances, plaster and marble detached from the balcony of a fifth-floor apartment and fell onto the sidewalk. At that exact moment, the 59-year-old man was walking by with his wife and was struck on the head. The apartment owners have been at the police station since yesterday, and today a case file is expected to be formed against them.
