The NATO Defence Ministers’ Meeting was attended by Nikos Dendias on Thursday. The agenda of the talks included preparations for the NATO Summit (24-25 June), strengthening the defence industry and innovation in the context of increased defence spending, Deterrence and Defence, Anti-Ballistic Defence, Hybrid Threats and the war in Ukraine.
On the sidelines of the NATO Summit, the Defence Minister met with his Italian counterpart, Guido Croseto.
According to a post by Nikos Dendias on social media, they discussed bilateral defense cooperation and the progress of consultations on the purchase of FREMM frigates.
