The US First Lady’s lawyer has demanded that Hunter Biden “immediately retract the false, defamatory, disparaging and provocative statements” he made about Melania Trump in an interview on YouTube’s “Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan.”

“Failure to comply will leave Mrs. Trump with no choice but to exercise all legal rights and remedies available to her to recover the enormous financial and reputational damage she has caused,” wrote attorney Alejandro Brito in his letter dated August 6 to the former U.S. president’s son and his attorney.

“Given your extensive history of exploiting the names of others – including your last name – for personal gain, it is apparent that you published these false and defamatory statements about Mrs. Trump to draw attention to yourself,” Melania Trump‘s attorney said in the lawsuit.

It also conveyed the First Lady of the United States’ demand that Hunter Biden “immediately and fully retract the video” and “immediately publish an apology for the false, defamatory, disparaging, misleading and provocative statements.”
