Chaos in Mykonos: Drunken tourists attack police during violent street fight – Video

The policemen were faced with the unexpected resistance of the tourists, who not only refused to comply but also attacked them.

Chaos erupted in the heart of Mykonos when Italian tourists attacked each other and police officers who tried to intervene. The wild fight was captured on camera.

Scenes of chaos unfolded in Mykonos outside a fast-food restaurant, when a group of Italian tourists came to blows and the situation quickly spun out of control.

The video, recorded by YouTuber Christos Giannelis, shows the violent brawl unfolding second by second, with drunken young men clashing with police officers who tried to restore order.

It all began when two groups of Italians engaged in a heated argument, with shouting and insults soon giving way to punches and shoving. Police rushed to the scene to separate the fighters, but faced unexpected resistance, as the tourists not only refused to comply but also attacked the officers.

The footage clearly shows police struggling to restrain the troublemakers, while the drunken Italians throw punches and attempt to break free from the cordon.

The tension peaks with loud shouting, as dozens of bystanders stop to watch the unbelievable scene in the center of the island.

Eventually, after several minutes of intense fighting, police managed to pin down the instigators, handcuff them, and escort them to the Mykonos Police Department, bringing an end to the incident that unsettled the entire area.
