The Israeli Forces (IDF) announced that their plan to eliminate Hamas, “Gideon’s Chariots,” is entering its second phase, despite claims that the operation had been deemed a failure by the command.
“We have entered the second phase of Operation Gideon’s Chariots in order to achieve the objectives of the war. The return of our hostages is a moral and national duty. We will continue operations against Hama’s main strongholds until its defeat,” the IDF wrote in a post on X.
The post also included a photo of Israel’s Chief of General Staff, Eyal Zamir, from a field visit near Gaza City today.
