A traffic accident occurred Wednesday afternoon in Piraeus when a city bus collided with a tram on Mikras Asias Street.
According to reports, 30 passengers sustained injuries, though they are described as minor. The collision happened when the bus had stopped at a bus stop to let passengers off and the tram struck the rear of the vehicle.
Footage released by protothema.gr shows the tram hitting the back of the bus, while several people are seen sitting on the sidewalk.

The accident has caused significant traffic congestion along Mikras Asias Street.
