A tragedy unfolded for a Greek family living in Brazil as an 18-year-old boy from Rhodes, Greece, was shot dead by bandits while working.
The family, who come from the village of Psinthos, had moved to Brazil a few years ago, where they lived and worked.
The man in question is Theodore Kattavenos, just 18 years old, who was shot dead today shortly before 2:30 a.m. local time by robbers who entered the restaurant where the young man worked on weekends to rob the restaurant.
Heartbreaking is the post made on his personal social media account by his father, Yannis, describing the tragic event. To lose you so young! Unbelievable! I love you, my son!”
No other details have been released regarding the murder of the 18-year-old in Brazil.
