The payment of the third installment of the Special Consumption Tax (SCT) refund on agricultural oil for 2025 was completed today (6/11).

According to a statement by ADEA, a total of €18.63 million has been refunded to 82,624 professional farmers. This refund covers:

• Purchases of motor oil
• Used exclusively for agricultural purposes
• For which sales invoices were issued and submitted to myDATA and eSend of the Independent Public Revenue Authority, covering the period from January 1 to September 30, 2025.

This payment represents the third of five scheduled installments for the year.

The new simplified payment process for this and future installments is fully automatic, requiring no action from eligible farmers.
