Putin further expressed Russia’s readiness to negotiate with Europe on security guarantees, clarifying that Russia has no intention of attacking the European continent.

Additionally, Putin remarked that Russia has never sought to rejoin the G7 and announced that American negotiators are expected in Moscow next week.

He also confirmed that Abu Dhabi has been selected as the venue for negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian representatives, noting that the presence of a representative from Washington was “a surprise.”
