New Zealand has one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the world. It’s beauty was revealed to a global audience when director Peter Jackson decided to shoot one of the most successful movies in film history, ‘Lord of the Rings’ on location. Hobbits, Orcs and all the folk of middle earth were roaming around New Zealand. Another group, non-fictional this time also roams the lands of New Zealand. Meet the ‘The Mighty Mongrels’, the most terrifying street gang in the the country. These fellows would even make Jackson’s fictitious Orcs have second thoughts about messing with them. They are involved in many illegal activities including drug trafficking, prostitution and armed robbery. They are known for their distinct tattoos on their faces.
