Government Vice-President and PASOK leader Evangelos Venizelos on Tuesday met with representatives of professional high-school teachers and school guards placed under the mobility scheme.

Venizelos assured the employees representatives that all ministries involved in the issue would cooperate so that the necessary administrative procedures (reopening of teachers’ positions so that they match the appropriate professional specialties) can be concluded as soon as possible.

Moreover, on PASOK’s initiative, “the issue of the recognition of school guards’ pensionable service for the years they worked uninsured will be positively addressed.”
