One & Only Aesthesis Hotel was included on the list of the best new hotels in the world by CNN for 2022. The hotel is expected to open this summer and is located in Glyfada in Attica.

According to CNN, One & Only Aesthesis offers an ideal combination as it is located near Athens and in close proximity to attractions such as the Acropolis while giving off the harmony and serenity of a seaside destination.

It is located on the edges of a coastal forest and gives the feeling of a private island. The 127 rooms pay tribute to mid-century modern with high ceilings and “dimmed colors”. The real protagonist is the view to the Aegean Sea, CNN reports.

The rooms are expected to have private pools, ideal for couples or families, Chenot Spa, with personalised programs and wellness treatments, as well as beach club, kids club, gym, and other facilities for relaxation and activity.
