Immigrants in Kos facility shout “Allahu Akbar” celebrating the killing of 7 Jews in Jerusalem (video)

Their spontaneous reactions came after news of the deadly attack on a synagogue in East Jerusalem became known in Arabic-speaking social media

Newsroom January 28 04:39

Immigrants were chanting pro-Palestine slogans at the closed facility on the Greek island of Kos after the killing of seven people in Jerusalem.

The incident took place late at night, without warning, when several of the immigrants came out of their homes in the courtyard, shouting slogans. As can be seen in the video available to protothema.gr, the immigrants, mostly Arabic-speaking and Palestinian, shout slogans in favour of Palestine.

“Long live Palestine” they can be heard saying, among other things, while they also sang a traditional Palestinian song, entitled “I am Palestinian”. There was also the well-known “Allahu Akbar”, i.e. “God is great”.

According to the information, their spontaneous reactions came after news of the deadly attack on a synagogue in East Jerusalem became known in Arabic-speaking social media communities. A total of seven Israelis were killed and three wounded on Friday night in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood.

The gunman was shot and killed, police said. The Hamas spokesman said the attack was in retaliation for the Israeli army’s raid on the Jenin refugee camp on Thursday, which killed nine Palestinians and wounded 20 others in clashes with Israeli soldiers.
