An accident overshadowed the filming of the new movie ‘The Pickup’ by Amazon MGM Studios, starring Eddie Murphy.
The Hollywood Reporter, citing sources, reported that during the shooting of a scene, unfortunately, the sequence did not go as planned, resulting in several crew members getting injured.

On Tuesday, April 23, the Associated Press (AP) reported that it was a traffic accident that occurred when a truck collided with another vehicle. An anonymous source cited by the AP stated: “It was a completely horrific accident” and revealed that “injuries ranged from bruises and lacerations to broken bones.”

The IATSE union (the labor union of North America representing more than the workers in the film industry) stated in a press release: “IATSE has become aware of an accident that took place on the set in Georgia for ‘The Pickup’ and has initiated an investigation.”
In the upcoming movie, the plot of which has not yet been made public, Eddie Murphy stars alongside Pit Davidson, Keke Palmer, Andrew Dice Clay, Eva Longoria, Jack Kesy, and Marson Lynch.
