According to an announcement that was released on Friday, unidentified vandals targeted the offices of the Arab Hellenic Centre for Culture and Civilisation in Moschato, a neighborhood located in Athens.

In a Islamophobic attack that took place before dawn on Friday, the vandals spray-painted obscene insults against Islam on the pavement outside the offices, drew a cross on the entrance and dumped a pig’s head outside the building, which also functions as a prayer center.

A police investigation is underway.
