Fireworks Launched in Parnitha Amid High Fire Risk
In another incident, videos published by Mega reveal fireworks being launched in the greater Parnitha area while Attica was on red alert for fire danger.
One video, dated Friday night (June 21), shows fireworks during a time when multiple fire fronts had erupted, and strong winds were exacerbating the already perilous situation.
The second video, from Saturday night (June 22), also shows a fireworks display near Parnitha. On that day, the fire risk level was at 4, indicating a very high danger of fire outbreaks.
