Greek-born fashion designer Mary Katrantzou is one of London’s up-and-coming stars of the fashion world. She started her label six years ago and is already in demand and very successful. From shift dresses she’s moved to lampshade skirts, pencil prints, bloom-strewn blazers and alphabet abstracts.

She started with prints, that have become her signature fashion statement, and has moved to embroidery while fearlessly exploring every avenue of style.

Her business already has a team of 55 and growing! “I don’t think it’s just about sheer talent,” she says, considering her success. “It’s about hard work, commitment and focus. It’s a long marathon.”
