The presence of the Hellenic Air Force (HAF) in international air shows and military exercises demonstrates its and our country’s extroversion and enhances its visibility on the world map. Participation in missions such as the appearance of the F-16 ZEUS at El Alamein, Egypt, the T-6 at BIAS 2024 in Romania, and the F-16s at Tarang Shakti 24 9 in India, showcases the capabilities and expertise of the Air Force, while strengthening Greece’s presence in different geographical regions and strategic hubs.

In addition, the participation in the Ocean Hit with the Mirage 2000E Mk5s in France, the Volfa 24 exercise with the Rafale at Mont de Marsan, and the NATO 75th anniversary celebrations in Belgium, confirms Greece’s role as a reliable partner in critical alliances and partnerships. These missions not only strengthen military cooperation but also showcase Greece as a country with advanced defense technology and high military training.

The mission of the C-130 to Mozambique for humanitarian aid demonstrates the multidimensional action of the Hellenic Air Force, which is not limited to military operations but also extends to missions of social and humanitarian character, promoting Greece as a country that contributes substantially to global security and stability.

HAF’s personnel are the backbone of these missions, supporting with their tireless hard work and excellent training every effort to promote Greece internationally. Through this extroversion, Greece manages to strengthen its prestige and play a leading role in its region and in the world.
