“Basic Instinct” sex symbol Sharon Stone has looked consistently beautiful for over 20 years. She has been described as “flawless” even without makeup, however these days she is devastated after the loss of her 22-year-old Colin Stone from a suspected heroin overdose. Colin, was the son of Sharon’s 62-year-old brother Michael Stone. He was found dead on November 20.
