Meteorologist Klearchos Marousakis predicts that “P-type” weather will dominate Greece, with the Aegean Islands, northern, and western Greece experiencing the most rainfall. Temperatures are expected to begin in single digits late in the afternoon, but will rise to as high as 22°C.

Attica

  • Winds: Variable, 2 to 4 Beaufort
  • Temperature: 09°C to 19°C

Thessaloniki

  • Weather: Generally clear with a few local clouds
  • Winds: Variable, 2 to 4 Beaufort
  • Temperature: 05°C to 16°C

Macedonia and Thrace

  • Winds: Variable, 2 to 4 Beaufort
  • Temperature: 02°C to 16°C (Western Macedonia 2-3°C lower)

Ionian Islands, Epirus, Western Sterea, Western Peloponnese

  • Winds: Variable, 2 to 4 Beaufort, occasionally reaching 5 Beaufort in the south
  • Temperature: 08°C to 19-20°C, up to 21°C in southern regions (Epirus 4-6°C lower)

East Sterea, Evia, East Peloponnese

  • Winds: Variable, 2 to 4 Beaufort, occasionally up to 5 Beaufort
  • Temperature: 07°C to 19°C

Cyclades, Crete

  • Weather: Clear in the Cyclades with some clouds; Crete will see clouds and local rain
  • Winds: Cyclades – NW 3 to 5 Beaufort, Crete – 4 to 6 Beaufort
  • Temperature: 12°C to 19°C, up to 20-21°C in Crete

Eastern Aegean Islands – Dodecanese

  • Winds: Variable, 3 to 4 Beaufort, NW 4 to 5 Beaufort in Dodecanese
  • Temperature: 14°C to 20°C, cooler in the north (2-3°C lower)

Thessaly

  • Winds: Variable, 2 to 4 Beaufort
  • Temperature: 04°C to 17°C

Forecast for Tomorrow (Tuesday, November 19, 2024)
Clouds with local rain are expected in the northern Ionian Sea and Epirus, with isolated thunderstorms by the evening in the northern Ionian. The rest of the country will see mostly clear weather, with some local clouds and morning fog. Winds will initially be variable, shifting to southerly directions by the afternoon. The temperature will remain stable, ranging from 14°C to 17°C in the north, and 18°C to 21°C in the rest of the country.
