George Clooney will visit “Downton Abbey” this year, and make an appearance in a special Christmas sketch for ITV’s Text Santa fundraiser.

The famous US actor, who is considered one of the most handsome and stylish Hollywood stars, will star alongside Elizabeth McGovern and Lily James, who play Lady Cora Crawley and Lady Rose, respectively.

Downton Abbey, a British period drama television series created by Julian Fellowes, has received critical acclaim from television critics and won numerous accolades, including a Golden Globe Award for Best Miniseries or Television Film and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Miniseries or Movie.
