At least two people were killed in a shooting by a masked gunman who entered a factory in southern Germany on Tuesday.

According to reports, another person was seriously injured.

The bloody incident occurred around 5:45 PM on Tuesday (6:45 PM in Greece) when a masked gunman stormed a Hänel company factory in Bad Friedrichshall, located in the state of Baden-Württemberg.

Details about what transpired in the factory remain unclear. However, the perpetrator managed to flee the scene.

A manhunt is currently underway to locate him.
