Domna Michailidou: First statements after her civil wedding – “We are very happy”

The couple’s wedding was held in a private ceremony

Domna Michailidou and psychiatrist Leonidas Mantonakis got married yesterday, Saturday, February 15, in a civil ceremony, ahead of the birth of their son in April. The wedding took place at the Municipal Art Gallery of Piraeus.

The guests numbered no more than 15, as it was the couple’s wish to keep the wedding an intimate affair. However, those present at the joyful occasion couldn’t hide their happiness, as shown in the footage from the show “Weekenders.” In fact, Domna Michailidou gave a statement to a journalist from the show, sharing her first feelings about the event.

Initially, Domna Michailidou smiled at the camera and said: “Thank you so much, we are very happy. Only our friends are here.” When the couple exited the Municipal Art Gallery, Domna Michailidou added: “We are moved by all this. We are very happy, we have all our friends here.”

The couple has been together for about two years, and in the summer, they decided to get married. Shortly afterward, it was announced that the former Minister of Labour is pregnant. Mrs. Michailidou is expected to give birth after Easter, and as she has revealed, she is expecting a boy.
