Following an extensive operation of the Greek Police with simultaneous raids in several locations in Athens 15 people have been arrested accused of blackmailing businesses and dozens of bombings.

According to reports all arrested are considered to be members of the so-called Vlastos group.

According to the Police, they are accused of blackmailing business owners and placing explosive devices in stores.

Their supplier seems to be Christos Patouheas who is accused of being an accomplice of Christodoulos Xiros.

Official announcements are expected within the next hours.
