PASOK on Tuesday was quick to comment on the newly formed SYRIZA government, with the following statement:

“The new government will be judged by its actions rather than its composition. Objectively, not subjectively. However, Individuals portend to things to come. They (government members) are heterogeneous and contradictory, without political cohesion and purity. Let’s hope for the best for our country”.

The statement concludes by noting that the new Prime Minister also “has a sense of humor”, as certain of his institutional choices indicate.
