Italy: Meloni Reported to the International Criminal Court for Complicity in Genocide

As she revealed in an interview with Rai, the same complaint was filed against Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani

Newsroom October 7 09:42

A complaint has been filed against me at the International Criminal Court, accusing me of complicity in genocide, declared Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni this evening on a program aired by Italy’s public broadcaster, Rai. A full interview with the head of the Italian government is expected to be broadcast later.

She added that the same complaint was also filed against Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto, Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani, and the CEO of the state-owned defense company Leonardo, Roberto Cingolani.

“Italy holds the strictest position within the EU regarding arms sales to Israel. I believe there is no other comparable case in the world or in history,” emphasized the Italian Prime Minister.
