The Russian president signaled that if Europe starts a war, then Russia will have “no one to negotiate with”

Newsroom December 2 05:28

Russia does not intend to fight with European countries, but if Europe starts a war, Russia is “ready now,” Vladimir Putin declared, adding that in such a case Moscow would have “no one to negotiate with.”

The Russian president also accused European leaders of “blocking” U.S. proposals and of “not having a peaceful agenda.”

Putin’s new warnings come at a time when talks with the United States are about to begin.

At the same time, Putin pointed out that the attacks on tankers in the Black Sea constitute “piracy,” making it clear that if they continue, Moscow may expand its attacks to Ukrainian ports.
