The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation was awarded by the Academy of Athens during its ceremonial session held on Thursday, December 18. Specifically, it received the Award from the Third Class of Moral and Social Sciences for its significant and continuous contribution in the fields of Culture and Education, both in Greece and internationally.
The Award was received from the President of the Academy of Athens, Mr. Michalis Tiverios, by the Director of Academic Affairs of the Foundation, Ms. Kali Kyparissi.
For the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation, this honorary distinction represents special recognition and a seal of its lasting contribution at a symbolic time, as it coincides with the completion of its anniversary year marking 30 years of presence and social action. At the same time, it is a source of inspiration and responsibility for continuing and further strengthening its work.
On the occasion of the award, the Vice President of the Foundation, Katerina Laskaridis, stated:
