More than 40 people drowned when yet another smuggler’s vessel filled with would-be migrants tried to reach the Italian coast from Libya, according to SkyNews.

According to survivors’ witness statements, dozens of people fell out of the life raft after their ship sank, and have most possibly been lost at sea.
