The negotiations with the institutions are moved to Brussels, since tonight’s Brussels group will see the Houliarakis team as well as the full complement of Greek and foreign technical teams that have been in negotiations for months now.

Meanwhile, around 6pm in the afternoon, the Political Negotiation Team under Yanis Varoufakis will be meeting in the Finance Ministry.

Yiorgos Houliarakis will not be depositing the plan of the Varoufakis multi-bill of law before the Brussels group tonight. It was considered necessary to meet with the ruling party and the cabinet prior to doing so.

The government, however, seems to have a plan in case there is no deal reached on the 9th of May. A source close to the negotiations team stated that they are aware that there are now deadline dates, and if there is no agreement reached, the Greek government has a plan forward as well, but keeps it close to heart as of yet.
