From the 1st of July retirement applications will only be submitted electronically

The retirement candidates will now have the ability to electronically monitor the status of their application

The process regards the main and supplementary pensions, while exempt will be the insured that have joined the IRA, the insured of the private Personnel Insurance Sector PPC (TAP-PPC) and  finally the insured of Agricultural and cooperatives Personnel .

In addition to these categories of the insured, which will continue to submit the printed application forms due to the persistence of autonomous computer systems to the insurance fund, will continue in force and the possibility of filing a retirement application form (S3) for cases of granting or transferring pension because of death, since the transition to electronic pension application because death is a prerequisite for the completion of the inventory process of indirect members, which is ongoing.
Through this system, retirement candidates will now have the ability to electronically monitor the status of their application, since they will have instant access in general  to all the information provided by the Integrated Information System of IKA on their retirement.

As a result, the attendance at Branches will be drastically reduced and the productivity of employee’s will be improved.
