‘Greece All Over’ Festival travels to Germany

The festival is organized by the Greek Ministry of Culture and Sports with the support of the philhellenic association “Förder- und Freundeskreis Elliniko”

“Greece All Over” Festival visits Germany from September 25 to November 5 with its guide Greek journalist Grigoris Verriotis, also known as “Biker of the World.

“Greece All Over” is a Social Enterprise Cooperative based in Athens aiming to develop and establish social entrepreneurship in Greece and abroad, to promote selected Greek products, services and goods, to highlight and promote contemporary and ancient Greek culture, and to develop the untapped social and economic capital of Hellenism.

During the tour Verriotis will set his bike, i.e. his portable TV broadcasting/radio station at Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich and Berlin. He will carry out a 3-day broadcasting marathon in each city in order to present the news of the Greek Diaspora and talk with Greek and philhellenic communities. The campaign aims to raise awareness on the issues of friendship and solidarity between the two countries and to explore a possible collaboration in the fields of culture and social entrepreneurship.

The festival is organized by the Greek Ministry of Culture and Sports with the support of the philhellenic association “Förder- und Freundeskreis Elliniko”.
