EU Economic and Monetary Affairs Comissioner Pierre Moscovici reiterated that Greece’s position is in the Eurozone and it’s in everyone’s political interest to keep the euro area united.

“Greece’s place is in the Eurozone and nowhere else. Greece needs the euro and the Eurozone must ensure the irrevocable participation of a country and its unity… We know uncertainty hides dangers and we want to avoid it,” said Moscovici, speaking to journalists in Brussels.
