Panos Lambros: advises the minister, accompanies the PM and talks to terrorists

He is allegedly named by Giannis Panousi as one of the individuals linked to terrorists

Revelations continue regarding Panos Lambros, member of SYRIZA and advisor of the Minister of Justice, who is allegedly named by former Citizen Protection Minister Giannis Panousi as one of the individuals linked to terrorists.

According to information, Mr. Panousis handed over to the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court Efterpi Koutzamani recorded conversations between members of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire organization and political members of SYRIZA. Panos Lambros is allegedly one of these individuals who were named by Mr. Panousis.

On Tuesday morning Minister of Justice Nikos Paskevopoulos denied the claims according to which members of SYRIZA had conversations with prisoners discussing even the legislations promoted by the ministry. Mr. Paskevopoulos even stressed that Panos Lambros was no longer employee of the Ministry of Justice.

When it was revealed that Mr. Lambros accompanied Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras at his visit in Diavaton prisons on November 2 on Greek state’s expenses, Mr. Paraskevopoulos claimed Panos Lambros is working for Ministry Justice without being paid.

However, an official a document posted on Diavgia website on October 30 refutes minister’s claims, since it clearly states that Panos Lampros is an eventual employee of the Ministry of Justice.
