During his speech at the party’s secretarial team, Mr.  Alexis Tsipras claimed that SYRIZA is ready for elections.

The Leader of SYRIZA predicted that the period until the 29th of December will be “crucial and difficult”.

Further, he expressed his confidence that they will be pressure exerted on MPs between voting,  to vote Stavros Dimas. However, Mr. Tsipras stressed  that the acceleration of the Presidential election is ultimately a positive development which was  “held under the pressure of popular dissatisfaction and the deadlock of government policy. ”

According to Mr. Tsipras, gravity alertness and determination must prevail in the days to come.

Also the leader of SYRIZA appeared confident that the government will not manage to gather the necessary 180 MPs and that elections will follow in which SYRIZA will emerge victorious.

Finally, Mr. Tsipras called his party members to be ready and said characteristically:” Let’s not waste any time, prepare bills and be ready”.
