In an announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange, Forthnet said that Vodafone Group Services Ltd and Wind Hellas Telecommunications SA submitted a joint non-binding offer, which is not a public offer according to the Law 3461/2006. The offer concerns the possible acquisition of all Forthnet’s shares at a price ranging between 1.70 and 1.90 euros per share.

Also, the company said through its announcement that there was not any significant development in the non-binding offer submitted by OTE SA for the acquisition of Nova, in July 1, 2014.
