First raid organised in Facebook post

Newsroom July 24 11:51

Nintendo’s virtual reality (VR) mobil app game Pokemon Go has ‘swept’ across Greece with thousands of young people between the ages of 15 and 25 swarming downtown Athens trying to find the charters in the virtual world of Monastiraki and Syntagma square. At least 5,000 people took part in the Facebook call ‘Pokemon Go night tour’ raid on Saturday. ‘Saturday, July 23 wall the Pokemon Go trainers will gather at Syntagma Square Monastiraki for a night raid’, read the Facebook post. People with their eyes glued to their mobile phones were scouring the Monastiraki plaza and Syntagma square in their quest to find the app’s little yellow characters. The new game that has gripped all fans across the globe has boosted Apple’s profits by 3 billion dollars, according to financial market pundits!
