The Islamists of the Islamic State have proven that they will stop at nothing in order to accomplice their goals. They have used women and children as human shields, executed people just to…make a point and now they are using dogs in order to carry out attacks on targets they choose.
In a new video that has surfaced some still unidentified Islamists are showing to the camera what appears to be a puppy or a small dog with explosives wrapped on its back.
According to the information available the dog was located and the explosives were deactivated by specialists without harming the dog. However, this new tactic is especially alarming according to the Iraqi authorities.
