For the past few hours, scenes from a gay porn movie have been circulating in the social media.
It is a queer short film which has provoked reactions as it violates all due respect to a sacred archeological site as well as all the relevant filming regulations.
The Ministry of Culture and Sports announced a preliminary examination.
The filmmakers, however, whose names have not been released yet, claim that it has a political and ideological content.
The controversial scene between the two men, which lasts a few seconds, was probably filmed with a small camera in order not to be noticed by the guards.
As it is known, filming at archeological sites is prohibited unless a specific permission has been given by the competent Central Archaeological Council.
Apparently, the human circle formed by the supposed company of the couple around them at the time of the filming, covering the visual field for them, also serves the same purpose. In other scenes, however, they can be seen moving inside the archeological site while members of the group are waving the flag of the LGBTQI community.
