Burglars targeted a house in Thermi at dawn on Good Friday, with the perpetrators showing tremendous nerve as when neighbours told them “we have called 911, go away” they replied “we know” and continued the burglary.
A security camera even recorded the burglars’ movements frame-by-frame with one of them, when aware of its existence, trying to break in.
According to SKY news, the burglars stayed in the house for a minute and then fled to a nearby street where an accomplice was waiting for them in a car.

The woman who lives in the house said it all happened a few hours after they had left with her family. As she told SKY, “the alarms started going off like crazy. They took jewellery and some money we had inside the house.” .
