Olympiacos and PAOK remain joint leaders at the top of the standings, while Panathinaikos now trails by four points, narrowly avoiding defeat against Athens Kallithea with a stoppage-time equalizer.
On the other hand, AEK returned to winning form with a 3-0 win against Levadiakos, who protested a penalty not awarded against Mukoudi in the first half with the score still 0-0.
First wins were also recorded by OFI (3-1 away against Volos) and Panetolikos (3-0 at home against Panserraikos).
Atromitos 1-2 PAOK
In their first away game of the season, PAOK struggled against Atromitos in Peristeri. PAOK took the lead in the first half with Zivkovic’s goal in the 45th minute, who also scored again in the 66th minute, though the goal was canceled by VAR. Atromitos won a penalty in the 85th minute, which Warda converted to equalize at 1-1, temporarily hurting his former team. However, in the 90th minute, Mady Camara’s header secured PAOK’s third consecutive win of the season. This was Camara’s first goal with his new team.
Athens Kallithea 2-2 Panathinaikos
Athens Kallithea, who played their first home game at the Leoforos Stadium (which they will use as their home ground), proved their strong performance against Olympiacos last week (a 2-1 loss in the final minutes) was no fluke. The newly promoted team was unfortunate to end with a 2-2 draw, conceding a last-minute goal by Tete despite creating numerous chances throughout the match, even after Panathinaikos equalized. The Greens struggled, particularly in the first half, but managed to level the score after Moutinho’s goal. Their performance did not improve in the second half, with Valbuena giving Athens Kallithea a 2-1 lead in the 80th minute. Tete’s stoppage-time goal (90+2) saved Panathinaikos from defeat, but they are now five points behind the top after three games.
Levadiakos 0-3 AEK
Although AEK didn’t play their best football and faced difficulties in the first half, they secured a 3-0 win against Levadiakos. Koita opened the scoring in the 45th minute, and in the second half, AEK gained momentum and sealed the victory with Eliasson scoring in the 53rd minute and Gacinovic closing it out in the 82nd minute. Levadiakos, still winless, protested a non-awarded penalty for Mukoudi’s handball in the 15th minute.
Lamia 0-3 Olympiacos
With El Kaabi in top form, Olympiacos cruised to a 3-0 victory against Lamia, maintaining their place at the top of the standings. The Moroccan striker scored twice and assisted Zelson Martins’ goal. David Carmo, back with Olympiacos, made his first appearance as a substitute.
Aris 1-1 Asteras Tripolis
Aris played their first home match but dropped points in a 1-1 draw against Asteras Tripolis. Moron gave Aris the lead in the 62nd minute, but Regis equalized for Asteras in the 80th minute.
Volos 1-3 OFI
OFI secured their first win of the season with a 3-1 away victory against Volos, who had won in Tripoli the previous week. The Cretans were up 3-0 by the 60th minute (Fountas, Shengelia, Jung), and Volos scored a consolation goal through Mendieta in the 82nd minute.
Panetolikos 3-0 Panserraikos
Panetolikos celebrated their first win of the season, leaving Panserraikos in last place with three defeats. The visitors started strong, with Tomas hitting the crossbar, but once Panetolikos took the lead through Lomonaco, Panserraikos collapsed. Panetolikos quickly made it 2-0 at the start of the second half and dominated the match until the end.
