Shooting with one Turkish man dead in Kypseli

Another foreigner was injured in the bloody incident and was taken by an ambulance to the hospital

A shooting incident occurred on Tuesday night in Kypseli, Athens, resulting in the death of a man, possibly of Turkish origin.

The incident took place at the intersection of Lesvou 6 and Patision 214, with one person fatally shot and another sustaining minor injuries.

The injured individual was transported to the Red Cross Hospital by an EKAB ambulance.

According to initial information, a bystander was present at the scene and reportedly suffered minor injuries and is in a state of shock.

Reports also indicate that the victim was in the process of parking his car when the attack occurred.

Residents in the area reported hearing four gunshots, while police are searching for two suspects connected to the incident.

So far, authorities have not confirmed the number of people involved in the altercation or the motive behind it.
