Morgan Freeman enjoyed the beauties of the island of Paxos a few days ago. The Oscar-winning actor has previously visited the Ionian island. This time he was photographed with Christoforos Papakaliatis and the cast of the series Maestro in Blue, which is mainly filmed there.

In fact, on June 1, the actor had his birthday and according to information he celebrated it with them.

In the photos that were released on social media, we saw the two artists eating together in a tavern on the island, but also smiling for the camera. Christoforos Papakaliatis wrote in the caption of the carousel with the photos he posted on Instagram: “Maria, get ready. Summer is here and we have guests on the island!!! Summer is here with the legendary Mr. Morgan Freeman, who visited Paxos with a unique group of friends. What an honor!

A few months ago, Morgan Freeman commented on the series written and directed by Christoforos Papakaliatis and broadcast by Netflix and MEGA Channel: “If you haven’t had the pleasure of watching Maestro in Blue, you are truly missing out. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Paxos – a small Greek island that is close to my heart – this series is a masterpiece. Mark your calendars, my friends. The third and final season arrives on Netflix on December 28th. Don’t miss it.”

Could the above comment, as well as Morgan Freeman’s joint appearances with Christoforos Papakaliatis, be a coincidence and a harbinger of the 4th season of the series? Christoforos Papakaliatis himself may not have officially announced the continuation of the series, but the rumors about another season are strong and – so far, at least – have not been denied by anyone.
