The human resources director of US technology company Astronomer, who was “caught” at a Coldplay concert hugging the company’s CEO, has resigned from her position.
Christine Cabot’s departure follows that of Andy Byron, the company’s former CEO, who resigned last week after the company announced he would be suspended and subject to an investigation.
The kiss cam footage shows Byron and Cabot embracing before they realize what is happening and duck to hide.
When he saw the couple trying to hide, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, told the audience: “Either they’re in a relationship or they’re just too shy.”
The incident went viral, but was also the subject of memes and mockery on social media.
