As during the visits of Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Katerina Sakellaropoulou to Ukraine, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky referred to in his greeting at the Delphi Economic Forum that “Vladimir Putin must lose.”

President Zelensky, after expressing gratitude to the “heroic soldiers defending our country,” added that “doing it alone is difficult, it is difficult to face the challenges of Russia’s unprovoked attack alone.”

“It is very difficult to stand against the enemy and reclaim territories. We need unity and weapons from the West. Without support with weapons systems, Ukraine will lose territory. If we lose one region after another, we will lose the country,” added the Ukrainian president.

Regarding the situation on the war front, he said, “In the east, we have stabilisation and successes. Now the situation is stable, if we have weapons and political support from our allies, we will defeat Putin.”

“If no one wants Putin to drag the planet into World War III, we must defeat him,” he added.

“There is no reason to have any relationship with Russia. I believe it is an important issue how their their citizens are informed. The issue is that Russians hate anything outside their borders. We must isolate them until they are ready to cooperate with democracies,” Mr. Zelensky added after a relevant question.
