The hospital’s administration has already filed a complaint with the authorities, and a security team has commenced an investigation.

According to reports, the damage is extensive, with half of the hospital left without air conditioning.

“A few photos of the sabotage at the ‘Pateras’ building of Evangelismos, which took place last night. Unknown individuals dismantled the cables of the central air conditioning system, apparently in anticipation of the heatwave… Draw your own conclusions. We will have it repaired within 48 hours, but patients will suffer for two days. What can I say? Truly shameful. I hope the authorities identify and arrest those responsible.”
