British society is watching in horror as crime is out of control and the Keir Starmer‘s UK government is not only unable but also unwilling to take measures against the perpetrators of horrendous crimes, the greatest majority of which are committed by far by illegal immigrants and Muslims.
The latest case is that of the abduction and rape of a 12-year-old girl by an Afghan illegal immigrant in the town of Newington. Specifically, according to SkyNews, 23-year-old Ahmad Mullahil was sentenced to 15 years in prison after being found guilty of kidnapping and raping a 12-year-old girl just four months after arriving in the United Kingdom.
According to the report, Ahmad Mulakhil was convicted of rape and two counts of sexual assault after a trial last month, and had already admitted to another rape charge. A jury in the court also found him guilty of kidnapping a minor, as well as recording an indecent video of the girl.
It is significant that a security camera captured the moment when Mulakhil approaches the little girl and asks her age.
During the proceedings, the court heard that Mullahil had arrived in the UK just four months before he committed the crimes. He had applied for asylum, citing “problems” he claimed he was facing in Afghanistan.
He believed he was 19 years old
The 23-year-old claimed in court that he believed the victim was 19 years old and said it was she who sought sexual intercourse with him last July.
However, the prosecutor in the case described the attempt to shift blame to the victim as “chilling” and “particularly repulsive”.
The minor, whose identity cannot be released, testified that the perpetrator approached her at a park in Newington after she had been playing on the swings. She said she asked him to stop while he laughed during the attack.
In announcing the sentence, the judge said the victim still faces traumatic reactions and medical problems related to the assault.
“Your victim was particularly vulnerable due to her personal circumstances and has suffered significant and ongoing psychological harm,” the judge said, adding that Mulakhil had “targeted” the girl.
The judge also stressed that the claim that the minor had said she was 19 was “patently false”, noting that CCTV footage showed that “your reaction was one of disbelief and the jury’s verdict leaves no doubt that you knew she was under 16”.
“She was upset”
“She was upset and on constant alert, looking behind her and towards the wooded area to see if you were still there,” the judge noted.
She said the victim immediately reported the sexual assault she suffered. She then underwent medical examinations and a statement to the police, and later, as the Afghan disputed her allegations, she had to be cross-examined in court.
Police and Justice accused of censorship instead of stopping criminals
The police and the judges are ordered to focus far more on so-called “hate speech” on social media rather than limiting the criminal activity of various criminal organizations, especially when these consist of illegal immigrants and Muslims.
The rise of anti-immigration voices in the UK such as Nigel Farage, Rupert Lowe and Tommy Robinson is the social reaction to what people say is a “police state” that tries to suppress the voices of the English people.
